Healthy eating used to be the norm. Natural, nutritious foods were all that were available as recently as 50 years ago. No one needed to go to a “nutritionist” for this information. You just ate what was available. But today, due to major changes in our food supply, eating healthy is not as easy as it used to be. Most of the food today is highly processed, totally lacking of nutrients, contains chemical additives and is very high in unhealthy ingredients like sugar and fat. And with all the misinformation and marketing tactics, it can be very confusing and difficult to know what to believe. That's where I can help.
